DIY of the Day: Li Jin of Wuhan, China, rides an amphibious bicycle constructed by her dad, Li Weiguo. The bike was fitted with a metal frame, to which eight water gallons were attached. The frame can be raised or lowered to accommodate both land and sea travel.
